Project Process

This page outlines what happens after the Clarity Assessment, how projects are structured, and what you can expect along the way.

Every project begins with a shared understanding of where things stand and where we're headed.

You'll complete a short Clarity Assessment, and I'll spend time reviewing your website before we meet.

When we talk, we'll discuss what's working, what isn't, and where there may be opportunities to strengthen communication, improve the user experience, and build trust throughout the site.

If it feels like a fit, we'll talk about next steps. If it doesn't, you'll still leave with a better understanding of where things stand.

Every project begins with a conversation, but not before a little preparation.

You'll complete a short Clarity Assessment, and I'll spend time reviewing your website before we meet.

When we talk, we'll discuss what's working, what isn't, and whether there are opportunities to create more clarity, connection, and trust throughout the site.

If it feels like a fit, we'll talk about next steps. If it doesn't, you'll still leave with a clearer understanding of where things stand.

Phase 1:

Start With Clarity

If it feels like a good fit to move forward, I'll create a Project Sheet outlining the work we'll do together.

The Project Sheet includes the project scope, deliverables, timeline, investment, and any revisions included in the project. It serves as a shared roadmap, ensuring we're both clear on expectations before any work begins.

Once the Project Sheet is approved, a 50% deposit secures the project and work begins.

Phase 2:

The Project Sheet

Once the project begins, I'll start implementing the recommendations and improvements outlined in the Project Sheet.

Depending on the project, this may include refining messaging, reorganizing content, improving navigation, enhancing the visual design of the site, and creating a clearer experience for visitors. It may also include behind-the-scenes work such as search engine optimization, technical configuration, analytics setup, accessibility improvements, and other updates that support the overall performance of the website.

Throughout the process, you'll have opportunities to review progress, ask questions, and provide feedback at key milestones. I'll handle the work while keeping you informed and involved along the way.

Nothing launches without your approval.

Phase 3:

Build & Refine

Once everything has been reviewed and approved, it's time to share it with the world.

I'll complete a final review, make any remaining adjustments, and ensure everything is ready before the site goes live.

When the project is complete, the remaining balance is due. Once final payment has been received, ownership of all project deliverables is transferred to you and the website is launched.

Phase 4: Launch

My goal isn't simply to help you launch a website.

It's to help you launch a website that feels like an honest reflection of the work you do and the people you serve.
